Training Providers: Deadline for outstanding evidence.
Notice to All Agreed Training Providers.
FFF is still waiting for the full evidence for a number of secured Purchase Orders (PO).
Full evidence for all events that have been scheduled to start before 31st March 2021, with a secured PO, must be received by FFF to process for payment by Monday 31st May 2021.
After that date, the outstanding POs will be cancelled and FFF will not pay the Training Provider.
Full Evidence is:
Attendance Register
Copy of Certificate
Invoice containing details of the PO, the business and trainee IDs, and the course title.
This should be emailed to notifications@focusonforestryfirst.co.uk and all evidence for each PO should be included in one email with the PO number in the subject line.
Going forward, the full evidence for all events starting from 1st April 2021 must be received within 6 weeks of the end date of the training event.
Again, any courses where the evidence has not been received within the 6 weeks will have the PO cancelled and FFF will not pay.
