Professional Pathways 2020-2021
Raising Qualification Levels to Promote Access to Qualifications.
Access to qualifications is essential for developing a highly skilled and competent workforce in the trees & timber industry. We understand that higher value qualifications are important for personal growth, career development, and ultimately, increasing productivity, efficiency, and profitability for the industry as a whole.
To achieve this, we created the Professional Pathways scheme to provide funding to enable beneficiaries to achieve their goals.
Our overall program aim is to maximise productivity, efficiency, and profitability through developing industry competent staff. By providing the appropriate level of funding and support, we ensure that our beneficiaries have the means to further their qualifications. This results in a more skilled and knowledgeable workforce that can drive the industry forward.
Full details of the funding scheme can be found by downloading our PROFESSIONAL PATHWAYS SCHEME RULES.
