Instructional Techniques for Managers & Supervisors

We are targeting experienced forest supervisors and managers who are eager to enhance their instructional abilities and are considering becoming sector trainers.

Given the industry's shortage of skilled management trainers, we recognise the importance of nurturing talent in this area. Therefore, we're looking for candidates who not only have a passion for forestry but also understand the need for more training for managers and wish to pass on their expertise.

 In light of this, we're willing to support promising candidates with a reduction in course costs, fostering their development as future trainers in forest management skills.

The first stage of this is to complete a Lantra Instructional Techniques course taking place near Builth Wells, on Tuesday 30th July - Friday 2nd August.
