“Over the years, Ecological Land Management Ltd has benefitted greatly from the funding that has been available from FFF, helping the business to grow and develop. During the period running up to June 2015, ELM have managed to train up nearly all our staff on basic tickets including Woodchippers, brushcutters, clearing saws, felling small trees and ATV driving. Having all the staff fully trained means that work planning is much simpler and we can send out more teams at the same time. FFF have also contributed to the higher level chainsaw certificates namely Tree climbing & Ariel Rescue and Using Chainsaw from Rope & Harness. Both of these courses would have been very expensive without assistance from FFF so we at ELM are very grateful for this opportunity which must have also had a positive impact on the Industry as a whole.”
