Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates will:

Identify field signs that may indicate the possible presence of dormice in a woodland.

Instructor
Tom Fairfield - Tom Fairfield brings extensive experience and expertise to this course. He has served as a tutor for Forestry Commission England Regulations and Bat Conservation Trust “Managing Woodland in the Presence of European Protected Species” national training events in 2013, 2015, 2018, and 2019. Additionally, Tom has led Focus on Forestry First (FFF) European Protected Species (EPS) events in 2021, 2022, and 2023. His deep understanding of the intersection between forestry operations and species conservation makes him an invaluable guide for this course.
