Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement: 1st July 2020 Update

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we wanted to let you know the measures Focus on Forestry First Ltd is taking to minimise the risk to our beneficiaries.

Following current Government advice about Coronavirus (COVID-19);

  • We have postponed our usual face to face Knowledge Transfer events until further notice. We are currently running all Knowledge Transfer events where possible via Webinars to enable you to keep learning.

  • For Skills Training that has been booked with one of our agreed training providers and funded by FFF, please contact the training provider direct regarding the status of your course. We will honour any funding already agreed if the training is still able to continue.

  • Innovative Training - we are still open for applications and providing support for those with approval.

  • Mentoring - we are still open for applications, please contact us to enquire if you are not already part of this scheme.

We will be monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates to any further changes as soon as possible.

Focus on Forestry First Ltd will be following the advice and guidelines set by Government. If there are any changes to the current recommendations from the WHO or the UK Government, we will review and react to their instructions promptly.

Forestry Focused Future: Going Forward

We have removed all suspensions for new registrations & re-registrations on the 1st of July. We have also begin to create new Training Agreements.

We will issue further updates as and when the current situation changes.
