The Institute of Chartered Foresters and Focus of Forestry First have teamed up to bring you a one-day workshop that focuses on Pests & Diseases.
We are grateful and thankful for Forest Research, Forestry Commission, Natural Resources Wales & Welsh Government support.
The morning will include information and an update on current and future tree pest and disease threats. Observatree tree health training resources will be available to view. We will also be emphasising the importance of biosecurity and highlighting practical measures that we can all take to help reduce the risk of introduction and spread of tree pests and diseases. The afternoon will provide an opportunity for attendees to ask tree health-related questions about with their work, land or woodlands during a Q&A/clinic session, before finishing the day with an activity designed to find out what training attendees would like in the future in terms of content, delivery and timings.
